Legal jargon

I have started court proceedings but now had a letter from the bank requesting further information under the Practice Direction of the Civil Procedure Rules. It states that I should verify by a statement of truth in accordance with Part 22 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
Can anyone please translate that into 'laymans' terms - cheers

    Hi

Which document(s) are they asking that you verify with a Statement of Truth?

See the following link for which documents are required under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) to be supported by a Statement Of Truth.

I may be they are just trying to scare you with 'legal speak' in the hope you'll give up!

    Good luck with your claim.

    Regards
