Transfer Credit Card Debt to Friend

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere. I searched as much as I could! I have an ex girlfriends debt on a card in my name. She currently pays me an amount per month to cover the repayments but I would rather she just had the debt on a card of her own. Do you know any 0% cards that accept a transfer to a different person?
It must be possible as I switched the debt from a card in her dad's name to one in mine (Barclaycard) but I cant get any sense out of Barclaycard.

Any balance transfer card will do. They don't check the name if I recall correctly.0 -
Yes, you can transfer debt from any credit card onto any other credit card. The 2 cards don't have to belong to the same person.Aiming to pay off £50,312.94 in less than 3 years - Starting from December 2015

Any except for barclaycard should be fine. You cannot transfer from one barclaycard to another. So if she is able to obtain a credit card from someone other than BC with a sufficient limit then she could do that.
MBNA for example she can do the transfer online, fill in the your credit card account number and the amount to transfer and the name of the other account isn't ever detailed.
But if the debt was previously in Dad's name, then yours, its perhaps because she is unable to get any credit card (never mind a 0% one).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Hmmm this gives me a clever idea. What if we set up a little "BT exchange" forum or something?
For example, I have 2 barclaycards - one is my cashback where I do a lot of my spending, and the other is a regular one, which happens to regularly offer BT promotions. The only problem is, They are both barclaycard so of course I can't transfer between them, so often these BT offers go unused.
But what if someone else had another card in a similar situation, with a different bank that could transfer to/from barclays? And what if they also had a matching amount on a higher rate that they wanted to clear? In otherwords, imagine person A has 1000 to clear from card X, and person B has 1000 to clear from card Y, and they also both have a BT offer available that could match each other's requirements?
Granted, it's a longshot if you just take a couple people and try to match them - but if you have a whole community looking to make these kind of match-ups, surely quite a few would work out just right? Haven't fully thought through the logistics of how it would work, but I'm sure I've been in situations in the past where this would have been really helpful to me, and surely to others as well..

I am quite willing to transfer by balance to a card in your name. I'll transfer it back again, honest

Actually I was hoping to find one of you guys to take my transfer first

But anyway this is just a technical problem, there must be some way to "secure" it as something analagous to an "escrow", or something like that, somehow... remember back in the days before anyone trusted PayPal transactions, everything had to also go through a 3rd party escrow service to be considered "secure"? Nowdays I bet most people don't even remember those.. Yes I know escrow isn't quite the same thing or exactly relevant...just saying, where there is a problem, some smart person will find a solution..0
