balance transfer

Hi, I have just paid £800 for an adult electric trike for my daugther with my mastercard, I would normally pay for such purchases from my current account without paying any interest, (I never pay interest!!ever!!)

As she will not be able to pay this off in the next year, I am looking at applying for another card to transfer the balance to.

I did see somewhere that Capital one are doing 18 months at 2% fee,

I have two questions:-

Do I have two pay an amount each month,

And can I transfer the remainder to another card at the end of the 12 or 18 month period

Many thanks

Steve
