Hi
Does anyone know of an alternative number for them.
These are the steps I've already tried:
1.Saynoto8070- An alternative number is given but says its no longer in use and diverts me to the 0845 number.
2. Tried 0800 apps on phone

I do not think there is one. Use a landline to ring them if you can mobiles will rack up the £'s easy. I specifically have a phone package that allows me to ring these numbers for Free for an hour and I normally do it between 8-9am weekdays. You can speak to somebody and if they cannot help, insist on someone ringing you back.0
