  • Thanks for the reply. i found a lot of info as well on here,

Im having a nightmare with one company called Lowell, iv completed my full and final IVA and within this was an Orange phone bill, they were settled within the IVA and Orange received there percentage according to the final report, some ware along the line they either instructed or sold the debt onto Lowell,

They are now aggressively trying to recover the debt, i initially spoke with them in November and gave them all the IVA details, since then they have phoned twice denying i ever gave them any information, i then sent them a letter on the 1st of Jan containing all the relevant info and stated that they are to no longer contact me, today i got a call from them in work, how they found my work i don't know, iv had a massive rant at them and iv spoken with my IP and they have told me to sent them a copy of my Final report, iv also stated that i will report them to the OFT if they continue to harass me.

now tonight iv got my Credit reports online and found they have a listing on there for the debt as well.

Any one have experience of this company as they are driving me mad.

Just as a side note, i don't really want them to have any more of my personal information than is necessary so i want to black out anything thats not related to them on my final report such as other creditor amounts and the total paid and pence in the pound, is this an issue ?

    thanks in advance.

Yep. They are a bunch of complete useless *****'s.

Send them the cleanup letter by recorded delivery and state that if they do not mark your file as settled/satisfied etc and stop contacting you, then you will complain to both the FOS and ICO.

Follow through with those complaints. Especially the FOS one after 8 weeks if nothing has changed, as that will cost them £500. ;)
