    And the same highly biased statistics trotted out by the minister.
    'only 15% of people who are found fit for work successfully appeal'.

    Which is technically correct.
    Several facts mean this is misleading.
    Claimants that have short term conditions such as a broken leg will always 'fail', lumping them in with long term medical condtions is a bit misleading.
    Claimants not being paid due to time limiting are fairly unlikely to bother contesting a disalowance.
    Those who are unable to successfully prosecute an appeal, and gather appropriate evidence, or get advice, are liable to fail, even when they might succeed with better advice.
    Quite ill people who are unable to practically work may be found fit for ESA purposes.
    The fact of being unable to work in any reasonable job does not qualify you for ESA.
