Tax credits or work?

Currently my partner works and earns £19,400 a year. Im currently trying to work out if i return to work would we be entitled to any tax credits?

We have 2 children and currently get £56 a week. But my little boy starts school in septemer so this would only mean childcare for my little girl 3 days a week.

I am not aiming for a well paid job but would be happy with NMW and 30 hours a week. I have done entitled to but it comes up with different figures? is this because its including the childcare payments? confused! ::eek: .

Just want some ideas really?!

Would we be better off if i returned to work?

Thx in advance.
