Contents Insurance Help

Just wondering if anyone can point us in the right direction...

We need contents insurance only (rent from private landlord unfurnished)...
How much cover would we need (usual stuff that everyone has no antiques or anything).

We would want to have new for old cover and accidental cover.

We cannot find anyone who doesn't do the building as well. The landlord covers that and we appear to have pay lots more by not including building cover?? Went on confused.com but no help there either!

Thanks

Most insurers will do just contents, I'm with Norwich Union at the moment and my circumstances are the same as you.

On some sites though (if you are looking online), you fill all the info out and at the end it will give you a price for both contents and building but you can then take the building off which will just give you a price for contents :)
