I was successful in my appeal this week and although i had enough medical evidence to disprove the original atos decision however i approached D I A L who had a specialist who helps with the appeal process she helped me word my appeal letters and added additional information the atos nurse contradicted him self in his report so when i arrived for the appeal this week the decision had already been decided.
However D I A L supported me through out, so dont feel alone if you feel you have a case as i did initially wonder if i could go through the procedure but am so glad i did !
