Mis-sold Credit card

Hi all,

Brand new to this site and had a question that I hoped someone might be able toaanswer.

I was sold/given a credit card when I was just 14 in 2000. I was opening my first bank accountat the time wwith the Woolwich and was told by the person opening the account for me that "it was necessary and just came with the account" and that I should cance . It once I received it if I wanted too. Needless to say that as 14 year old boy it wasn't my main concern to get it cancelled. Anyway, fast forward a couple of years and it was used and maxed out etc. It has since been closed down and I do not have any of the relevant paperwork or card for theaccount .

So my question is, can I do anything about this? i.e. Claiming the money back

Thanks for anyone's help
