When they say "MSE girls" they mean the female MSE staff, not members of the MSE forums. They are saying you can see what stuff their MSE staff got who, on this occassion, were all female.

The only sexist thing is calling grown women "girls"
  • Maybe they just meant the girls that work at MSE?

Love the maths on the blog. Completely forgetting that all the gifts were in the 3 for 2, so would have had 1/3 knocked off the price before any sale. Thats a 33% discount, so a £10 item costs £6.66. In the 75% off sale it costs £2.50, a saving of £4.16, in reality a 62.5% saving.

If you bought 3 £10 gifts before xmas, they would have cost £20, in the 75% off sale £7.50. So, not bad, but not as good as you think.

    That's a fantastic saving imho :D

Plus you have to buy things of equal value, and in multiples of 3, in the 3for2 to make your maths add up. ;)

Ha ha, yes it's me!!! :D:D:D I still have dozens of razors! We haven't had to buy any of the following since, and it's almost 2 years ago!

    Kitchen towels
    Handwash
    Surf liquid
    Comfort strawberry
    Betty Crocker
Smirnoff vodka (this is running low though)
    Gillette Proglide razors

The red wine, white wine, Bacardi and Baileys have all been consumed. :D

That was one of the best Grabbits ever (second only to the free Molton Brown from Harrods)

    Thanks, T3sco!!!

    1. it was dangerous enough without MSE encouraging people to violence.

    2. Men were there too - so why weren't the MSE men? My husband went as I couldn't, just as he has for the last 5 years.

We did invite the boys, but MSE Steve and MSE Michael were too busy looking for the free make-up remover wipes: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/bargains-deals-discounts#free%20kleenex ;)
