hey, I would like to know if it is possible to change my UK ip address to an USA! I have tried searching for ip changers but they tranfer my IP to other contries, does any1 know any software which is for free?

Don't know much about IP spoofing but I've got a feeling there could be some legal issues, or at least issues with your ISP terms of service.0

Hi,
In most situations you are using an IP address that RIPE {who maintain IP's} have assigned to your ISP. These are normally in whole ranges or blocks. Therefore unless you requested the IP assigned to you with RIPE you probably won't be able to take it with you if you move IPS / hosting firms as it is on loan to them - which is a pain when you move servers for example !!0 -
Not sure why you want an USA IP address, but if you want to websites to think your from the USA you could use a http proxy.
Search for USA open proxies on google.0 -
I've tried using a proxy through internet explorer but it wouldn't work
