DRO question
I currently have a DRO with 11 months to go until I am discharged. I want to open a new bank account. When looking at online applications they ask something along the lines of 'are you currently bankrupt, or have any ccjs'.
Does a DRO count as either of these things? I know its subject to the same restrictions as a bankruptcy but do I put it down as a bankruptcy as there is no separate question asking specifically about DRO's. I am finding it all rather confusing.
