B&Q lost gift card

Hello everyone. I have (well, had!) a B&Q gift card, which I top up through a work scheme with 10% discount. I topped it up online the other day and now I can't find the card! It's registered on B&Q's website, but I can't find where to login to check it or to report it lost or to see whether they can transfer the balance to another card. I've done a google search and there doesn't seem to be any info anywhere.
Can anyone help? TIA

Try contacting B&Q they are the only ones who will be able to help, although if it is lost they are under no obligation to do anything for you and you may have to forfeit the money.0

Thanks for your replies. I got lucky
I called the helpline for my employee rewards scheme and they're arranging to cancel the lost card, transfer the balance and sending a new card. I did see in the B&Q Ts&Cs that they won't do that, so was prepared to lose my money. It does make me wonder then what the point is of registering the card. I thought it might be like Asda, who have an online portal for gift cards. Anyway, the moral of this is to check the card is actually in my wallet before I go topping it up!! A happy ending this time.
Thanks again.0
