Feedback exhortation?

Hi,.

Before Christmas I sold an item which was then not paid for - so after maybe 10 days I opened a case and they ended up with a NPB against them them...

they hassled me to complete outside ebay, and remove the strike - I said no.

They used another account to buy said item, and Ebay did not get back to me via email about what to do - hold time on the phone was over an hour I didn't have the time, and as I had to call from my mobile was unwilling to hold for that long...

I posted the item special delivery - it has been received.

They have now sent me the email below - can this be reported as feedback exhortation?

Dear my user name

I received your item but will have to leave negative feedback due to the ball-ache this has given me. Please remove the strike so I can get on with my life

quite simple, when/if they DO leave NFb, contact ebay and have them remove it. easily done

Go to "leave feedback" and there should be an option to "report buyer". I've never done this so far so don't know what the rest of the process is, but hopefully someone else will come along and be able to confirm.

Ignore them & If they leave any feedback, just contact eBay & it will be removed.
Also add both User ID's to your Blocked Buyer List; http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

Can you not call ebay from a landline?

The best is to call them and explain.

Block the buyer using their email address for paypal on your blocked bidder list, not just the id.

I have never hung on the phone for an hour for ebay before, about 2 minutes at worst- give them a ring early or late in the day before they close and report this buyer and get them to agree to any neg feedback being removed.

ah ha...

It was only an issues as it was an 0845 number

the landline looks good but has a dial so will not do 1 for xxx or 2 fo xxx and it cut me off, and the mobile waiting time told me it would nbe an hour (after 10 minutes)....

I found a London number online today...

they won't do anything until they actually leave feedback...

how do I block buyers - I kave done it once, but cannot remember how- I only had one listing going on today so just stopped it so they couldn't shaft me again...
