Problems with EE - dead phone line

Just an update.
The phone has been working fine. I've told everyone to call me on my phone line instead of through my mobile and have been using the phone to make calls to see how everything is and it's working without a fault.
The adsl is still faulty so I need to give a call tomorrow because I haven't had the proper time to sit down, call and get it sorted.
As a final confirmation though, I should be calling BT correct?0 -
BT if you've exhausted all the standard broadband user tests first.No free lunch, and no free laptop
