Too many paypal payments?!

The world has gone mad.
I have currently had 2 people (2 separate names and adresses) pay for my auction that ended. They both seem to have the same user name. How can they BOTH pay for the item? How on earth do I know which one actually won?
I've emailed them hoping they can shed some light - but what if they BOTH claim to have won it? *head spins*
Another interesting problem I had last month - one bidder decided not to contact me after 3 weeks of the auction ending, so I filed a NPB and gave up. Next thing I know, with no apology or email I get 5 paypal payments through from them for the item. So I refund them all. Then I get a few more. So I refund AGAIN with a note asking them to stop it. Clearly they thought it was amusing, and knew I couldn't keep the money, of course.
I emailed Paypal who told me to inform eBay as too many payments weren't a problem they encountered much. Ebay told me to inform Paypal as it wasn't their problem. Excellent.
Thankfully they got bored, but sitting refunding idiots money for hours is NOT my idea of fun

I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.
