Help - What do I do next!!

I've received a letter to day from my bank offering me £750 in full and final settlement and that it will be credited to my account in 10 working days. I don't want to accept this offer - they owe me £1,800!!. What do I do next? Can any one help me please - Thankyou.

I sent this letter to my bank when they offered me something similar.

Thank you for your letter received on the *********.

I am writing to decline your offer of £***** as full and final settlement.

I continue to be open to negotiation, however, I feel that 65% of the overall sum requested is not sufficient.

Finally, any funds paid to me in this matter shall come directly to me via cheque or another method of your choosing and will not be paid via any third parties.

Somethin similar for yourself may be appropriate.
