Engagement Ring

hi everyone i have a question. my partner brought me an engagement ring in April 2011 and proposed in august 2011, it was a forever diamond from H Samuels. November 2012 the diamond fell out and i cannot find it anywhere. We have the receipt but no insurance. i have spoken to H Samuels and they said they could send it away…

Very weird they won't let you add it.

I think mine is insured for about £3k and had no problem adding it to our (non-Santander) policy. I think it cost about another £7 a year to add. Well worth it since it has been sent back twice due to a loose diamond.

Thinking critically since 1996....
