We have just started reclaiming bank charges with 2 banks
Bank of Scotland & Alliance & Leicster.
The address on these two accounts is in Scotland, but we moved last year to England and we haven't changed the address on either of the accounts yet. Just realised about the difference in court proceeses between Scotland and England. We have just sent out LBA's, all with our Scottish address on them as thats whats on the account details. Will we have to use the Scottish court system as thats whats on the correspondence, or if we change our details today with the banks, can we use the English court system as we have lived here in England since Nov 06.
We have also just had 2 reclaim charges successfully refunded in full with GE Money after the inital first contact letter asking for the unlawful charges to be refunded. :j
