Let us know what you buy and if they're any good...gingham ribbon, Tesco's 3 for 99p are white. I wasn't overly impressed by them for the type of cleaning I do but they might be okay for windows etc??0

Bought my first ones in the Pound shop near my parents (sorry, can't remember where exactly - Poundland or Poundstretcher...!?!
). Bought the most recent 3 from Asda at £1.99 for a blue one, a pink one and a yellow one ("blue for the loo, pink for the sink"...:p) and so far am very happy with them...:D

I use the Tesco 3 for 99p ones as dishcloths - they work really well! Very sparkly dishes.:happylove0

I've bought the Asda ones and the Aldi ones, I'm getting them again from Aldi, they're fantastic :T

Hi H. Notice you're in Bristol - I got some pretty ones (white with pink flowers), and a pack of 4 in different colours from Dunelm Mill very cheaply, and they seem to work fine. I think this is a fairly local chain of stores, there is one in Weston Super Mare and one in Swindon but not sure about Bristol - I know it's a long way to go, but if you're out that way it may be worth a look.0

i use mine in the microwave i put it in a bowl of water and vinegar for 2 mins and not only does it clean the microwave it sanitises the cloth. leave in the microwave so it acts like a steam room and when cool enough to hold wipe down microwave and you have a cleanish cloth obviously if the cloth is stained or really dirty i would wash it, this is just a quick fix more for sanitising.0 -
Thanks for all your replies.
I spent yesterday & today going to various shops ... while I was in their vicinity doing other things ... to check out their cloths.
Tesco seemed to be out of stock of all but the Spontex window/glass ones, Asda only had single blue ones (I have a blue one, & want other colours), Wilkinsons only had single orange ones in the car section, & Lidl only had packs of three the same colour.
I ended up getting an orange coloured one from the car section in Wilkinsons, & a microfibre 'mit' from a shop called CM2 (Card Market 2, I believe) ... this too was designed for use in/on cars. Not entirely sure about it, but if I dont get on with it, I can always give it to DH for washing the cars.
I have to go over the other side of town tomorrow, & will be passing quite near to a Morrisons & an Aldi, so I think I shall continue my mission then.

PS Mrs Miggins ... yes, there is a Dunelm in Weston. Ive been there before. Lovely shop, but dangerous ... I always spend too much money in there!A well balanced life is a glass in each hand0
