Urgent Help For Claim In Scotland Needed

Im at the stage where I am trying to file a claim against Clydesdale Financial services whos address is in Glasgow Scotland.
I live in England, can I claim through MCOL, with the company being in Scotland. I am trying to fill in online and it says that they must hac=ve a English or Welsh address.!!
What do I do now, where do I claim from if I cant do it online.
Any help- especially from Edinburglass would be appreciated.
