Lanzarote transfers Lastminute-transfer.com

Hello anyone got experience of using www.lastminute-transfer.com in Lanzarote. Basically I need transfers from Arrecife to a Villa near Playa Blanca for 8 people.
Now most standard bus transfers are out as they warn about not going to villas etc. 8 seater mini-bus may be circa £140 for both ways using the usual suspects
However the website I mention is only 100 Euros for private transfer return with no delays. It is only 60 Euros for direct shared transfer with no waiting.
Even more bizarre it allows you to pay the driver.
Now I have booked and got a booking reference saying to pay the driver 60 Euros and meet blah blah at Arrivals. I also have a pick up time for return
Should I be wary of arriving and no-one is there ?
Website is basic. Very few reviews on net but do seem favourable.

They didn't turn up for me 3 years ago for a pre-booked hotel to airport transfer, despite paying 10 euros just a few days before at their office in Puerto Del Carmen.

After 45 mins and much stressing at the hotel I called a taxi...and paid 12 euros...and joined the back of a very long check-in queue!

I won't be using them again.

we have used them several times. last year we booked minibus for 7 of us, they were waiting at the airport when we arrived and were prompt picking us up for our return flight,we booked online and paid when we were dropped at our hotel,they were pleasant and helpful.
have also used last minute for excursions cannot fault them. they have english speaking guides.

I did note there bargain excursions.
All just seemed to be to good to be true.
Reviews are very good.

I'd take suntransfers.com over them, often similar price, as lastminute transfers have been a bit patchy in my experience.

Thanks had searched via them for my 8 passengers. They are in line with all the other companies at over twice the price.
Lastminute appear to be a Lanzarote company as opposed to all the other sites I trawl which I assume are agents as they appear to cover the whole world.

Not sure what lastminute would do if you just did not turn up for a booking, as all they have is an email address and no bank details.

they ask your name and flight number when i booked with them.
i havnt read the tripadvisor forum for a while now but last minute seem well recommended, think there is another lanzarote based company called customer travel they also got good reviews although i never used them for excursions myself.
when i go back to lanzarote i will definitely use last minute again.
superbigal36, not sure if you have been to lanzarote before, but lastminute seem to have lots of office/shops in all the resorts, you also see their coaches everywhere.
