Whilst Jet2holidays will take into consideration and will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any dates requested by the winner at the time they redeem their prize holiday, please note that all dates are subject to flights availability and may not be taken during peak times such as bank holidays, school holidays, July 2013, August 2013, 1st to 9th September 2013 as well as individual dates specified by the hotel.

All prizes are subject to individual terms & conditions for board basis, accommodation types, number of persons permitted and departure airport.

Entry to the competition is deemed as acceptance to receive marketing communications from Jet2holidays, Jet2.com and its’ associated companies. Winners details will be published online and may be used in future marketing activity. Acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.

Full terms and conditions will be confirmed by Jet2holidays in a letter confirming your prize including the date your prize must be claimed and taken by.

All holidays must be redeemed by 31st March 2013 and taken by 20th December 2013. Please note that different destinations have different flying schedules so certain months may not be available.

Jet2holidays reserve the right to offer an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value.

Changes to names, travel dates & accommodation are subject to the standard change fee plus any differences in cost as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which can be found on http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions.aspx.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, holidays may be changed or cancelled by Jet2holidays insofar as such changes or cancellations are permitted under law. Jet2holidays shall ensure that they will give as much prior notice as possible and that you will be made fully aware of your rights under our Terms and Conditions. Any changes or cancellations will be notified by email.

This prize includes 1 free item of checked baggage per person and airport transfers to/from the hotel.

Jet2holidays' competition prizes may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner, who must be over 18 years old and must travel along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details.

All optional flight/board/accommodation supplements and insurance are extra and must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.

Jet2holidays recommend that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize.

The competition is open to residents in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Only one prize per household is permitted. Multiple entries or entries through agents or third parties are invalid.

British Citizens will need a full 10 year passport to travel and are generally required to have 6 months remaining on it after the scheduled date of return. If you or any member of your party is not a British or EU citizen or holds a non British/EU passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel.
