printer ink costs

ok so i have a lexmark x5650 printer/scanner/fax but the ink cartridges are so expensive, is there a cheaper copy of this i could buy? or a way of getting it refilled? i only want to use the printer to print coupons and vouchers so it doesn't seem very money saving printing out a 20p off coupon and it costing me more for the ink!! im not computer savay in the slightest so simple terms would be apprecated, or even a link to the product, thanks in advance

Check if you've got a local Cartridge World, they can usually refill your cartridges for a fraction of the new price.

Just checked and they seem to sell them for your printer, so I guess so.

Also when you print see if you can set the quality to 'draft' as this will use much less ink.
