What happens now ????

Hi everyone

I am at the small claims court stage with Abbey (over about £2000 in charges), today I have received a copy of the defence they have filed with the court (from Abbey, not the court). I have followed all the steps completly, however I am now a bit stuck, because I am not sure if I have to do anything now? or do I wait to hear from the court?

Any advice would be welcome, as I think I am getting in a bit over my head here and am getting a bit worried about the court stuff

Thanks in advance to anyone offering advise

Jim

Just sit tight and wait for a court date. Try not to worry, chances are Abbey will settle with you before it gets to court.icon7.gif A lot of us are in the same boat and the bank's are taking great pleasure in intimidating people and hoping they give up ... don't, you'll get your money.icon7.gif
