We have a situation whereby we want to provide an application form online for a job role, but we dont want prospective candidates changing the format / size of the answer boxes.
We have to provide the document in Word format.
Is this possible?

Yes, create the document with form fields.
But remember that not everyone will use Word and you may be better providing a PDF form.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

IF you were to use pdf, Acrobat pro can make any form editable so the user can only amend the actual fields.0
