Key has stopped working on my keypad

Can anybody help me? I spilt a drink on my laptop and now the letter in between c & b on the keypad is not working. Is there any way to rectify this? I tried taking off the button to see if I could clean underneath but that hasn't helped.

Would that be the letter 'v'? The siwtch under the button is not working probably due to sugar or some other contaminant. With a normal keyboad a rince with water sometimes helps but I would NOT recomend that here. Taking the button off for cleaning may help with a damp cotton bud. The switch is normally on the board under the keys and if damaged stays that way.Nudge nudge, Wink wink, Say No More!0
