How to word Amazon market seller feedback?

I understand how careful you have to be with Ebay, but what about Amazon?
I bought a memory card from an Amazon seller which I proved was a common fake, contacted seller, ignored, raised AtoZ claim (still no contact) and was pretty quickly refunded, the reason given "Reason for refund: Item out of stock" although seller is still listing the fake items. so presume that's the excuse they gave Amazon for not replacing and refunding.
I would like to warn others some way by leaving a seller feedback but do Amazon cancel them like Ebay on technicalities or can I just say it like it is?
Thanks.

Amazon do let some feedback stand, although one of mine to a huge seller was recently removed (no idea why) but I would stick to mentioning that this were not genuine xx cards as listed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Do you think words like 'fake' are too risky? and I should be ok mentioning zero contact from seller too?0 -

I think I would err towards 'not genuine card' and then 'no respnses from seller' or silmilar, but maybe wait until others log in today and give more advice.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Well that turned out interesting, my Amazon claim resulted in pushing the seller to refund although they put 'out of stock' (to replace?) as their reason, even though they are still selling the fake items.
So I left poor seller feedback and a warning product review (already thanked by several people)
Next I get an email via Amazon from the seller saying 'you got your refund didn't you? I didn't know they were fake so will you change your feedback?'
I am sorry but I don't believe them, a seller that names themselves to sound like a memory specialist, and is probably buying these for a £5 each job lot - I expect to know they are fake, just another scammer to me.
I spoke to Amazon and amazingly the Amazon email system has no facility to block people, they did say they would investigate as the request to change feedback violates rules.
The seller has nagged again for me to respond, I have responded once only with the fact the feedback stands and I have blocked them with a spam filter.
The fact for £4 more I got a top brand genuine item direct from Amazon has set in my mind to pass by UK marketplace sellers from now on, its not the first time I have had problems with them, I get less hassle buying from HK!0
