They are exactly the same. Same Visa Electron card except you'll be sent a new one that says "Cardcash" on it. Only difference is that once you are 18, there is no credit interest paid.
Once you're 16 you should open a Web Saver account if you have any amount in your account that you don't need to spend, pays something like 5% interest as oppsed to 1.5%.
If you want to shake the Visa Electron card, Lloyds TSB provide Visa Debit to people aged 16.0 -
