safe to delete?

Checking Task Manager I see

* mswinext *32 description 'bing bar
* start _up adobe acrobat speed launcher

I don't use bing, and rarely use acrobat (so only need it launched when I need it)

Can I delete these and how?

I'm trying to clean up/speed up my laptop.
