I emailed Tesco and a lady telephoned me and assured me that I had qualified and earned the 1,000 points and that they would be credited by 22nd Feb.
I can use these points to top up my Avios points to the point where I have earned 2 returns to Paris or Brussels on Eurostar.

I rented Brave too as I missed it in the cinema, both me & hubby really enjoyed it.

I havent received my email yet and neither has OH
. I emailed them asking if I had qualified and got the helpful reply of "if you entered the code then you will have qualified". I entered fairly early, before the extended codes were released. Had anyone else not yet had an email?

I haven't received an email, I already added my clubcard number so I wonder if that is why I hadn't received an email? I followed the instructions to the letter, no cashback and didn't accept the £5 free credit. Fingers crossed for everyone.Comping wishlist for 2017

I entered my clubcard number at time of registering and got the email confirming the extra points.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Just checked my tesco rewards statement, and i've got 1400 points! I hardly ever shop in tesco so I am assuming the extra points have come through. Never got an email either.0

They seem very hit and miss about their replies. I especially dont like the fact you cant seem to ring them .
Also their advertised 'online chat' never seems to be available.
I have emailed them twice about a problem I had renting my 2nd film , which may invalidate my points, and havent had a reply to date.
On a positive note, the first film we rented streamed really well to our laptop. And we have a low broadband speed. (about 1.7 )0 -
Can anyone confirm if they purchased movies on 15 jan or later and they have had it confirmed they got the club card points. Just wondering where the cutoff point is.0
