It seems that Virgin Media set their SPAM filter so emails from energyhelpline.com customer services go to SPAM. Energy helpline also do Telecom switches. So when you sign up for a Switch the email confirming its been registered goes in the SPAM box. I rung Energy helpline up and they said its happening a lot at the moment.

So if you are switching and your email ISP happens to be Virgin Media then check SPAM box on your email account.
