You need to tell us "WHAT" you got.
please expand it in to detail.
Who is it from ? Company, if so who
what does it say it is ?
who do they ask you to pay !!
what do they claim you did.
Answer these we might be with a chance
    Be happy...;)

Are you sure it is a Fixed Penalty Notice and not a Paring Charge Notice?

    Who issued the ticket?

If this is the case, she needs to contact her Union rep and bring a grievance claim for harassment against her employer.
as the hospital can not issue fixed penalties legally and they are now refusing to mitigate any loss by issuing a permit which is given to other workers unless she pays what is an illegal demand for monies.
I would say she has a cast iron case for grievance proceedings.
    Be happy...;)

Disgusting behaviour by the hospital, and definitely one to raise a grievance for. She is paying to park, if they refuse to give her the permit can she withhold the payment ? Get everything in writing by the way
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

  • Even for the public sector that document is disgusting, whiny and self-serving. The author is obviously clueless.
  • Thanks everyone for all the advice.
I will keep the forum updated as I progress this dispute.
