I wouldn't go overboard with too much food, a lot of people will be upset and won't eat a lot.
I think that you have done plenty for everyone, so don't worry.
I found that we got through more tea and coffee than food at both of my parents funerals. Can you borrow/buy a second kettle? Preferably a metal one that you use on the hob, you could buy a new electric one but it takes weeks for that horrid plastic taste to go. That will help enormously because you can have two kettles on the go all the time. I bought mine in Wilkinsons
