Blue screen Error message

Hi Please could you tell me what this means and can I fix it myself.

My desk top is PC is a XP pro, spk3,

about 5mins after I go on line I get the Blue screen Error message that say's,

Error BCcode: 7a BCP1: C03D0868

BCP2: C000000E BCP3: F421A42A4D4 BCP4: 19BC7860
0SVER: 5_1_2600 SP: 3_0 Product:256_1

When I get the message to send it to the error to microsoft it say's,

ERROR REPORT CONTENTS

C:\Docume~1\user\LOCALS~ 1\Temp\wer06ca.dir00\Mimi011013-01.dmp

C:Docume~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\wer06ca.dir\SYS data.xml

If I power off and back on after a few mins it stays on.

Here's what Microsoft has to say about it:

0xC000000E, or STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE, indicates a hardware failure or an incorrect drive configuration. Check your cables and check the drive with the diagnostic utility available from your drive manufacturer. If you are using older PATA (IDE) drives, this status code can indicate an incorrect master/subordinate drive configuration.
