I thought they were no longer offered. I've certainly dealt with complaints that the bank no longer provides statement binders to customers (due to the relentless drive towards electronic everything).0

I remember getting one when i opened an account many years agoFor everthing else there's mastercard.

Well, I moved out of branch banking 4 months ago and I could still order them then. Maybe it's changed since then.0

They are a stupid design - I keep them in a lever arch file with my Nationwide statements and my partner's Barclays statements. I end up punching holes on the side of my Natwest statement, which is not ideal, but works. I don't understand why they persist with A5 pre punched at the top ... I don't recall ever having a file to fit. I used to keep them together with a treasury tag through one hole.0
