Question about step 4.

On step 4, the template letter with intrest, it sayd attach copys of the list of charges, well, i was wandering, as the bank already have them and i have apprently an open file regarding my request, do i rely need to send them again?
also on the same point, dony the bank alreay have them after all thay sent them to me after i payed my £10.

( i hope that makes sence sorry, im realy tired )

    Hi Russell,

    attach your break down of charges list with all correspondence with both the bank and the court if you get to that stage.

    I know they already have them, but at least there's no way they can deny having got them if you send them every time.
