Direct Line PPI (RBS)

Ive recently been successful with two claims being upheld for PPI with Direct Line (RBS) but have been having problems with the other six. My question is has anyone else had problems with RBS?

You need to be more specific about the "problems" you have encountered.

It's important to realise that all complaints are considered on their own merits (or lack of them). In addition, not every complaint is upheld simply on the reasons given by the complainant-your successful claims could have been because the bank found faults during their investigation that you did not mention.
Since lenders do not divulge their reasons for upholding, you'll never know for certain.
