Hotmail and blank screen

I dont know what I did but last Thursday I went to log on to Hotmail and some security license thing came up on the screen and since them when I go to Hotmail all I get is a blank screen, not even a log on screen.

What have I done and how do I put it right please.

Is your PC's date set correctly?

Also, what browser are you using?
