Creative Zen Dealer needed

I have a Playdock Z500 and needed to contact a dealer. ever since i got it it as never charged my Creative Zen vision m player while being used in the dock. I have to charge it independantly. It is such a good sound through the dock but it is so anoying that it does not charge while playing.I got on to the supplier at the time and as it was the last one he offered to give me a refund i could not find one anywhere else so decided to keep it. So help in finding a dealer to speak to would be a help.
