I found I could back-space on this one after submission, rather than having to keep refreshing ... for those of us who prefer it this way

It loaded up the old style form for me in Chrome, so much easier hitting back rather than reload.0

I found submitting WITHOUT the capctha codes, first time around, holdS your details..!Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
