Notifying TC of changes - how long to change award?

I have a much needed job interview this week (yay!!)
If I get the job, I will have to put my two children into nursery. I've been on entitledto.co.uk, and from there it seems we'll be entitled to help towards our childcare costs. I'm worried about the amount of time it might take to update the award, though. I can'r afford to pay for the full amount of childcare on my own, but can't get a job without it - it's a vicious circle. Does anyone know how long it might take the TCO to start paying towards nursery fees?
