Nationwide and other banks/money transfer companies will base their rate on the interbank rate, but you wont ever actually get the interbank rate.

Thanks. Unfortunately, the organisation giving me the money requested that the money be transferred into a UK high street bank. It seems I naively interpreted 'set from the Interbank rate' to mean it would be the same as it.
