Rather depends n where you are located and whether you want to deal with some face-to-face or are happy to work via email.
One option to consider would be to use a Freelance site such as Freelancer.com. You need to be careful to make sure that you pick a freelancer that is capable of doing the project (check feedback, look at portfolio etc.), but it will likely cost a lot less than a local company as you will get people bidding from places like India, who have much lower costs and can therefore charge less.0 -

Depending on the type of website you want, it can cost very little to a lot! are you wanting a basic website that gives information on a business, or will it be an e-commerce site, with interactivity, form submission etc?
For the flyers, this should not be too expensive. Designing one may be only a case of paying somone for an hour or two of work, so lets say £20-£30 tops, then the printing. Printing cost will depend on the quantity and paper quality.
If you want some cost examples and flyer examples drop me a PM and I can email you some.

It's worth mentioning that the two jobs require totally different skills, if you find someone who can do both you'll probably end up paying a middle-(wo)man, the coder. Unless you want high end design/marketing stuff then it would make sense to get someone who can do it all for you0

There are plenty of traditional designers that have expanded their lines to do webdesign as well still. I'd have said these were more common than middle men.
I do agree that they are totally independent things and the skills required for one is markably different to the other. Its certainly worth considering getting separate people otherwise you'll be getting a jack of all trades, master of none. That said, it depends on how important each part is as a great website with a reasonable flyer may be acceptable.0
