Free fitness ball and fitness DVD from Tilda Rice

Tilda Rice are giving away free gym balls and fitness dvd's when you buy their specially marked packs of Tilda Wholegrain Rice.

Says in the small print they are the 1kg packs or 2 x 500g promotional packs. Quick check online says they sell for around £3.99.

Gym ball, fitness DVD and pump are worth £15! Seems worth it for the price of a packet of rice.

  • How much are fitness balls from Argos/etc, this could still be a superb deal INCLUDING postage!
  • My apologies, just re-read the original post. So they are worth £3.99 but you get a free dvd in this case. Seem like a no-brainer if you want a ball for me.

iirc my generic one was about a fiver from lidl (although they have them rarely - no pump but easily inflated without.)

Seems like a good deal if you want rice anyway - not too sure about the DVD as imagine you could get varied routines for free on youtube?

The ball is a great bit of fitness/flexibility kit, and doubles as a seat in a pinch - my kids prefer it! (I like it in lieu of computer chair occasionally if I have a sore back, recommend sticking to 20-30mins to start with though.)

edit - this is Everlast brand ball retailing at about £15 on amazon inc. P&P. Inflates to 65cm, this size is recommended for people between 5'7 and 6'1 according to the interwebs.
