Received a £15 off £50 code (groceries) from Tesco yesterday (could only be used by recipient of email) and used it for a delivery today. However, some items were out of stock, putting the total order below the £50 mark therefore my £15 did not come off. Called them tonight and they not only refunded the £15 but the £5.99 delivery charge also AND sent me another £15 voucher. 5 star service indeed!
