What is the credit limit?
Do you have any other credit cards with balances? - what re their limits?
Do you have an overdraft? - If so, how much and what %APR?

my co-op credit card APR is 1.597% per month.the credit limit is £12500.
i have another card with mint ,credit limit is £400 i have a overdraft £2500 APR 0.624% per month

Start by opening the best 0% APR so you can to balance transfer the whole amount. If you need more then open a similar 2nd one.

call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
