    My little boy running in to my room when the alarm goes off, happy and smiling and saying good morning, before giving me a big kiss. How can any day be bad after starting like that :D

    A colleague offering to make a cup of tea.

    Family calling for a catch up chat and to see how you are.

    Considerate drivers letting you out of a side road.

    Friends being willing to help you out if you call them with a problem.
