I have the same problem with my defaults, I would love to know how you got the dates amended.

Thanks all for your kind words.
With regards to the default I got rid of it as they had put the incorrect date and argued this. The late payment account I got them to change it to a default instead of a late payment which meant it left my credit file.
I have actually managed to save some money and am treating myself to a brand new road bike after having second hand ones for ages.0 -
